John is the author or co-author of 15 papers and has been granted 16 U.S. patents.

Jeff has directed software and control teams in several successful semiconductor equipment startups over 15 years. His expertise covers architectural design, software and firmware, SEMI Standards, CIP management.
Jason Hong Jason holds a Ph.D. in Physics from the University of St. Andrews，U.K.. He has over 20 years experience in system design, development, and applications. He has led several successful implanter development projects at Varian, Eaton, and AIBT, including the E220/500, the world's highest selling ion implanter.
Wei Chen Wei holds a Ph.D. in Chemistry from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities and a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Tsinghua University in Beijing. He has worked for Dow Corning and Intel, and he has a strong background in silicone material and semiconductor packaging material.
